The Authors

Scott Smith

Scott is founder and managing partner of Changeist, an international futures consulting group. With nearly 30 years of professional experience as an analyst, writer, consultant, advisor and futurist, Scott leads the company’s strategy, research and global partnerships. In this role, he has worked with some of the world’s largest brands, most progressive cultural institutions, governments, and top NGOs. Scott was the author of How to Future: Leading and Sense-making in an Age of Hyperchange.  

Susan Cox-Smith

Susan is partner and director, experience at Changeist, leveraging over 25 years of experience as a writer, designer, creative director, interactive producer, and researcher. She co-leads Changeist’s capacity building workshops and development of learning experiences, providing futuring skills for leaders from global brands and governments. She was the contributing editor on How to Future: Leading and Sense-making in an Age of Hyperchange.
